Membership Details

  • Class credits are issued over a 28-day (4-week) period
  • Recurring direct debit / card payment
  • Credits reset every 4 weeks
  • Additional classes outside of memberships are available at a reduced rate of €10.50 per class
  • Pilates is not included in memberships
  • Unused credits do not roll over

Membership Terms, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. ⁠Subscription & Payment

All memberships operate as ongoing subscriptions and are billed automatically via direct debit or card payment on the agreed billing date.

Your membership will continue to renew every 4 weeks unless we are notified in writing that you wish to pause or cancel.

2. ⁠Cancellation & Notice Period

To cancel your membership, a minimum of 7 days’ notice before your next billing date is required.

  • Requests made outside this notice period will result in the next payment being taken as scheduled
  • Payments already processed cannot be refunded

3.⁠ ⁠Pausing Your Membership

If you wish to pause your membership, it is your responsibility to inform us of the exact pause dates.

  • If no pause dates are provided, a standard one-month pause will automatically be applied – your subscription will automatically renew once the one month pause ends.
  • ⁠If you fail to notify us in advance, your membership will continue as normal and payment will be taken
  • Pauses must be requested before the intended pause period and cannot be backdated.

4.⁠ ⁠Refund Policy

  • Payments already collected are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at management discretion
  • If a refund is approved, a refund processing fee will apply
  • Payment providers (Stripe / GoCardless) do not return transaction fees, therefore these costs are deducted

5.⁠ ⁠Failed Payments

If a payment fails, you will receive an automatic email notification.

  • The system will continue to retry payment once funds are available
  • Allowing payments to fail does not constitute cancellation
  • It remains the member’s responsibility to notify us if they wish to cancel or pause

6.⁠ ⁠Member Responsibility

As with any subscription-based service:

  • It is YOUR responsibility to monitor your membership
  • This includes billing dates, pause periods, renewals, and cancellations which can be found on your account on the Glofox app
  • We cannot issue refunds for:
    • Missed classes
    • Unused credits

No Show Policy

  • All classes must be cancelled 16 hours before the scheduled start time. If you cancel within the 16 hour window, your class credit will be forfeited.
  • Even if your credit is already lost, please make sure to cancel your booking to release your space for others.
  • If you book a class and neither attend nor cancel, a €6 no-show fee will be charged.
  • If a class booking is cancelled within the permitted cancellation window, the class credit will be returned to your account. This credit must be used within 7 days of the cancellation date.
  • After the 7-day period, the credit will automatically expire and cannot be reinstated or extended.
