Pilates & Prosecco

Hen-do Morning Movement

Who says fitness has to be boring? One of my favourite sessions this year was hosting a Prosecco & Pilates class for a Hen-do back in July 2025, and it was the perfect reminder that movement can, and should be fun.

We kicked off the morning with a Pilates session filled with sweat, smiles, laughter, and some serious leg shakes. From the first crunch to the final stretch, the energy in the room was unreal. It was all about getting the girls together, moving their bodies, and starting the day feeling strong, connected, and accomplished, with a glass of Prosecco waiting at the end, of course.

Sessions like these are a great way to bring everyone together, no matter their fitness level. You don’t need to be “into fitness” to enjoy it, just willing to move, laugh, and try something different. Whether it’s a hen party, birthday, girls’ weekend, team day or work event, Pilates is a brilliant way to kick off an occasion and set the tone for the rest of the celebration.

Private Pilates Sessions.

I offer private group Pilates sessions tailored to your event, relaxed, welcoming, and designed to make everyone feel good. Expect a mix of core work, leg burns, good vibes, and plenty of laughs.

If you’re planning a special occasion and want to do something a little different, this might just be the perfect addition.

Crossing the HYROX Finish Line

Its All about Showing Up.

Hard work and determination truly go a long way. As a women’s fitness personal trainer, nothing motivates me more than watching the women in my classes show up for themselves day after day, even when that means rolling out of bed at 7am.

Seeing my members consistently commit to their health and fitness journey is what drives me to keep going too. Knowing you’re all willing to put in the work, even on early mornings, pushes me to get up, show up, and give you my absolute best.

Recently, two of my regular 7am class legends proved exactly what consistency and dedication can achieve. From countless early mornings, endless burpees, and choosing effort over excuses, they’ve gone from showing up to class to crossing the HYROX finish line and I couldn’t be prouder.

Their journey is massive proof that a little bit of suffering at 7am truly does pay off. They didn’t do anything extraordinary, they simply stayed consistent, trusted the process, and backed themselves. Gaining strength, confidence, and a sense of achievement that will stay with them.

Hard Work Pays Off.

If you’ve ever been to my 7am classes, you’ll know these two, always working hard, always encouraging others, and always giving it their all. They inspire everyone around them and remind me every single day why I do what I do.

Keep showing up. Consistency creates results, you just have to start!

Surf & Turf, Rosscarbery

Fitness, Fun & Friendship

I recently attended the Surf and Turf event in Rosscarbery, Cork. The refreshing salty breeze, the rugged terrain, and the picturesque West Cork scenery, provided the perfect day filled with fitness, fun, and friendship.

Everywhere you looked, you were greeted with smiles and boundless encouragement. But what truly captured my attention was how it embodies the community spirit. The event is all about giving back to West Cork with every cent raised going towards the local community, contributing to the local community, its amenities and scenery.

An Inspiring Finish.

My friends Mary and Valerie tackled the Half Marathon, while Eilish and Sylvia smashed the 10K. And let me tell you, seeing them cross that finish line was nothing short of inspiring.

Being a strong advocate for fitness, fun, and community, attending this event was an absolute joy. It was heart-warming to see individuals achieving their goals and feeling the unwavering support of their community. The day was a true celebration of positivity and encouragement.

Wellbeing Week at Sacred Heart

Returning to Sacred Heart

From a young age, I have always had a deep desire to empower and uplift young women, encouraging them to embrace themselves wholeheartedly. Recently, I had the privilege of returning to Sacred Heart for their Wellbeing Week, where I had the opportunity to speak on a topic very close to my heart: Body Positivity.

Reflecting on my own journey and the challenges I faced as a young woman navigating self-love, I am deeply passionate about advocating for body positivity. In today’s world, with the extensive influence of social media and the constant bombardment of idealised images, the journey to self-acceptance has become even more daunting for the younger generation.

Empowering the Next Generation

My aim is to make a positive impact on the lives of all women, especially the younger generation, helping them navigate through life with a sense of self-love and confidence. By sharing my personal story and my own self-love journey, I hope to resonate with at least one young woman in the audience, guiding her towards embracing her uniqueness and inherent beauty.

This commitment to empowering women is what drove me to establish Women Only Fitness Classes. These classes provide a supportive and inclusive environment, where women can feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. It’s a safe haven, free from judgment and competition, where every woman is encouraged to prioritize her own well-being and personal growth.

I am immensely grateful to everyone who has supported me along this journey and helped me achieve these milestones. With your continued support, I am determined to cultivate a positive and nurturing space for women to exercise, connect, and thrive. Together, let’s inspire and uplift each other, creating a community where every woman feels empowered to love herself just as she is.
